1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gat99 ("gat99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at gat99.io.

3 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, residential address, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one account on the gat99 platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms. gat99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly notify gat99 of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected]. gat99 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised such activity. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify gat99 immediately.

4 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your gat99 account at all times. This includes selecting a strong and unique password, enabling OTP (one-time password) two-factor verification where prompted, and ensuring that you log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

gat99 implements automatic session timeouts for inactive accounts as an additional security layer. However, these automated protections do not replace your own obligation to manage your account securely.

gat99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from gat99 and requesting your password or sensitive account credentials, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gat99 support immediately. gat99 will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze your account to prevent further unauthorised activity pending the outcome of the investigation.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations regarding responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering practices, gat99 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, and gat99 may request KYC documentation at any time during the life of an account.

5.1 Required Documents

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Bangladesh driving licence (where applicable)

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on gat99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. gat99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your gat99 account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider
• gat99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed

6.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are processed same-day for fully KYC-verified accounts submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6)
• Withdrawals submitted after 8:00 PM BST will be processed by the next Bangladesh Standard Time business day
• gat99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend the processing timeline
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the gat99 payments team following a formal request

6.3 Currency

gat99 operates exclusively in BDT. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any payment sent in a currency other than BDT may be rejected or converted at an unfavourable rate determined by the relevant payment processor, for which gat99 accepts no liability.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games on gat99 are governed by product-specific rules published within each relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules will prevail in respect of that specific product.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on gat99 are subject to acceptance by gat99 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. gat99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet at any time if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the underlying event, technical error in the odds display, or other circumstances that render the bet invalid under our rules.

7.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket outright markets — including BPL tournament winner, T20 World Cup winner, IPL winner, ICC event winner, top run scorer, and top wicket taker markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. In-play betting markets are settled based on the state of play at the time the market closes. gat99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games, including slot games, RNG table games, and live dealer products supplied by providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, are governed by the rules of each individual game. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games are made available within each game's information panel. 7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, market, and account tier. 8 Bonuses and Promotions

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion from the platform, forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the gat99 platform to process, transfer, or obscure the origin of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have or believe you have advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome, or in any way participating in the corruption of sporting events.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the gat99 platform in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of legitimate gat99 transactions.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, odds display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Underage Access: Knowingly assisting or permitting a person under the age of 21 to access, register, or place bets on the gat99 platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gat99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name gat99, website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of gat99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gat99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the gat99 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of gat99.

Any unauthorised use of gat99's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account access and may give rise to legal action for damages, injunctive relief, or both.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

gat99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their gat99 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gat99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods; however, unplanned outages may occur and gat99 accepts no liability for losses caused by platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gat99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Termination and Suspension

gat99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement
• Request by a regulatory, law enforcement, or government authority
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at gat99's discretion. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimately acquired balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Governing Law and Disputes
